By using SideQuest ("the service") at playgamequest.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't use SideQuest to harass, harm, or coerce another person — including your buddy.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't submit illegal content or impersonate someone else.

Quests and your safety

SideQuest suggests real-world activities filtered by your budget and comfort settings. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any quest is safe and appropriate for you and your buddy. Skip anything that doesn't feel right. SideQuest is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, or professional advice.

Service availability

We provide the service "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideQuest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any quest you undertake.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
